Sustainably grown radishes

Radish Recipes

Radishes are for more than just eating raw in salads. We have some great cooked radish recipes.

Nutrition: Radishes are low in saturated fat and cholesterol and they are high in dietary fiber, Vitamin C, Folate, Potassium, Riboflavin, Vitamin B6, Calcium, Magnesium, Copper and Manganese.

Like all our vegetables, our Radishes are grown using sustainable methods: lots of organic compost, and the occasional soap spray to control aphids. Organic produce available this week in Colorado Springs

It is curious how seldom the all-importance of food is recognized. You see statues everywhere to politicians, poets, bishops, but none to cooks or bacon-curers or market gardeners.
