	Must be located in the Southwest part of Colorado Springs. Contact us to see if your yard is within our desired area.
	Must have access to an outside electrical outlet and water spigot.
	Must be willing to commit to at least two years of production.
	Minimum space requirement is 18 x 10' (this will accommodate 4 beds).
	Space available must get sun in the winter. We grow year-round.
	Beds will also be used in the summer to grow crops for sale and crops that feed the soil.
	Surrounding yard/lawn will preferably not be fertilized or treated with chemicals.
	Compensation arrangements are decided on a case-by-case basis. These range from monetary compensation to weekly deliveries of Lettuce Patch produce.
