Asian Greens Recipes

This is a custom-mix of greens including Tatsoi, mustard and mizuna that is great added to a stir-fry or other Asian dishes or can be eaten raw like other salad greens.

Nutrition: Asian Greens are very low in Saturated Fat and Cholesterol. They are also a good source of Protein, Niacin and Phosphorus, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Vitamin K, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Vitamin B6, Folate, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Potassium, Copper and Manganese.

Like all our vegetables, our Asian Greens are grown using sustainable methods: lots of organic compost, and the occasional soap spray to control aphids. Organic produce available this week in Colorado Springs
